After daycare full of energy, climbing. Alexander does just fine on 9-10 hours of sleep even on the busiest of days.

Day 1738
No picture from today so I am borrowing one from the future (day 1739), when Alexander is pretending to start his bicycle with his own keys. He had to stop several times on the way to daycare to restart it.

Sunday, May 11th
Emma baked last night and she ended up with an extra bowl of sugar, butter and cocoa mixed together - so we turned that into mocha muffins this morning.

Saturday, May 10th
I had bizarre fever dreams and woke up at 4:30 am and I couldn't go back to sleep. I lay and listened to Lasse and Alexander who were both snoring peacefully. Alexander looked like a cherub and it was light in the room, as it is at 4:30 am in Sweden in May, so I took a picture but it came out black. Then I went to the edit menu and enhanced the light and the picture seemed OK but the next day it was definitely black, perhaps it had just been a dream. Lasse and I had a slow Saturday, with me be rather unhelpful what with the fever, aching, and nauseous. We tried to organize our thoughts and plans and realized that we had both forgotten Emma's dental appointment yesterday. Alexander playing with puddles!

I came home early from work with a fever and a bunch of other flu symptoms. I slept which was very nice, and when Alexander wasn't with Lasse he was in bed with me, watching an ipad.

No picture of Alexander. Here is a picture of me at 14 years with one of my favorite babysitting clients. I took care of him and his big sister a couple of nights a week for a couple of years while their mom worked. They were adorable.

Isaac is turning 18 just in time to vote for the European Parliament. Alexander with a not so cuddly toy he wants to sleep with, a fire truck from Lasse's childhood!

Alexander enjoys using his fantasy and pretending with Play Mobile - he sets up families and sends them on trips in the RV and sometimes the fire truck has to come.

Walpurgis Eve. Isaac was with friends in town and Emma wanted to stay home. Alexander rode his bicycle, and for the first time used his brakes in a hill. Nice fire, that they kept throwing gasoline on!
